Below, you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions to guide you on your journey. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, feel free to reach out to me directly.
Therapy primarily addresses mental health and aims to transform dysfunctional behaviors into functional ones, often with a significant emphasis on exploring past experiences.
In contrast, life coaching is geared towards forward momentum and crafting your future. Picture yourself in a car at point A, and you’re looking to reach point B. My role as your coach involves helping you identify your destination (point B), planning the most efficient route, and resolving any underlying issues that may impede your progress, such as limiting beliefs.
While there can be similarities between some therapy and life coaching techniques, such as examining psychological patterns, my approach to life coaching typically revisits the past only to the extent necessary to challenge and change enduring core beliefs. Unlike therapy, which may primarily focus on past events, life coaching emphasizes moving forward.
During a coaching session, expect a collaborative process where we explore your goals, challenges, and potentials. Sessions are tailored to empower you with strategies to achieve your objectives and overcome barriers, with a focus on practical, actionable plans.
Absolutely. Life coaching is ideal for anyone feeling stuck or seeking improvement in their daily life. It focuses on setting achievable goals, creating momentum, and fostering personal and professional growth, even if you’re not facing significant challenges.
Results can vary depending on your goals and commitment. Some clients see significant changes in a few sessions, while others might take longer to achieve their desired outcomes.
The frequency of coaching sessions depends on your individual needs and goals. Initially, weekly sessions are common to gain momentum, but as you progress, we may decide together to extend the time between sessions. The key is to find a rhythm that supports your growth without overwhelming you.

If you’re looking for a safe and supportive space to explore your goals, challenges, or next steps, life coaching may be right for you. It’s ideal if you’re ready to take action, but even if you’re unsure about where to start, we’ll work together to gain clarity and build momentum.
That’s completely fine. Many clients come to me feeling unsure or overwhelmed about their goals. Together, we’ll explore your values, desires, and strengths to uncover what truly matters to you. Coaching is as much about finding clarity as it is about achieving goals.
Results vary depending on your goals and commitment to the process, but many clients experience:
Email coaching offers a flexible way to reflect and grow at your own pace. You’ll send me your thoughts, challenges, or questions, and I’ll provide thoughtful, detailed responses with actionable strategies. This is a great option for those who prefer written communication or need more flexibility in their schedules.
Each session typically lasts 60 minutes, but this can be adjusted depending on your preferences and needs. For email coaching, the duration depends on the depth of the topics we’re working on, with thorough and personalized responses provided within agreed timelines.
The first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll discuss your goals, challenges, and what you hope to achieve through coaching. This session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and ensure you feel comfortable with the process.
I understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to allow flexibility for both of us. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee. We’ll discuss and confirm these policies when you book your first session.
I offer both options. You can book sessions on a pay-as-you-go basis for flexibility, or opt for a structured coaching program tailored to your goals. During our initial consultation, we can discuss what works best for you.
